Elurura S.L. will respect in any case the confidentiality and integrity of your data, committing themselves to use them in accordance with the described purpose as well as to meet all the requirements legally established. In any case, the user may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting Elurura S.L. via email email@example.com, including the request of your application.
Likewise, and whenever the user requests it by checking the appropriate checkbox, Elurura S.L. will send you periodically by electronic communication or not, information about products, offers and promotions of Elurura S.L.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by OCEANGLASSES within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit our online Returns and we will guide you through the process. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Upon receipt of a returned item - we will send a replacement product if this is requested or we will process a full refund minus any pre-paid delivery charges.
Please note - returns will not be accepted without prior agreement.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Due to the nature of helmets as a safety product we are not able to accept returns.
