Most frames are acetate, which carries its color through the material and has a solid feel in the hand. Geneve, Bondi Beach, Montreal and Hampton use recycled acetate; Tokyo is lightweight metal.
Lenses
Every lens is category 3, the right darkness for bright sun, and blocks 100% of UV. Most are polarized, which cuts reflected glare from water, roads and glass. Our guide to lens categories explains the numbers.
